This Pacific Island-inspired home was prepared for sale through a substantial renovation. Shanly’s direction was to create an open, relaxed interior with a beachy, resort-like feeling.

A neutral palette and warm oak flooring connect the living spaces. Changes to the kitchen, bathrooms, lighting and floor finishes bring the house together, while the generous rooflines and outdoor setting remain central to its character.
